Our partner Cluster GAIA co-organized the first edition of DOK Summit, held on November 11 and 12 in Bilbao, which brought together almost 1800 attendees, in a context where the information and communication technology (ICT) sector becomes a key pillar for competitiveness and innovation.
The first day, focused on the sector and the market, focused on the impact of generative Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, the strategic use of data and quantum technology, with the contribution of solutions also in open source.
The second day, dedicated to digital talent, explored human potential as a driver of digital transformation. In this scenario, the ExCurS project was presented sharing the objectives and first developments of the platform.
This first edition of DOK Summit also offered a wide variety of complementary activities designed to enrich the experience of attendees and encourage interaction between the different agents of the sector.
From practical workshops, where participants were able to explore technologies such as cybersecurity, low-code and AI applied to everyday life, to dynamic networking spaces to exchange ideas and strengthen collaboration networks. In addition, the event had an exhibition area in which pioneering companies presented their most innovative projects and a hackathon, the DigiEduHack, which tested emerging talent in the resolution of digital challenges.
