On June 4th, we had an enriching meeting with our Advisory Board and different stakeholders. During this session we had the opportunity to present the Excurs project and its partners, objectives, milestones achieved, next steps and then have a constructivel talk in which we exchanged feedback, suggestions,
Project Overview & Key Achievements: Summary of project background, goals, and achievements across WPs (IO1, IO2, IO3)
Presentation of the Integrated ExCurS Solution: Overview of the platform and how it integrates the self-assessment tool, training modules.
Stakeholder & Advisory Board Feedback Round: Open discussion: impressions, improvement suggestions, usability feedback.
Discussion on Transferability and Sustainability: Outlook on how the solution can be transferred to other regions/sectors and maintained beyond the project.
Closing & Next Steps: Wrap-up of feedback, timeline for final adjustments, and planning for project closing conference.
